Red Hot Summers and Ruby Reds

The glowing ruby shall adorn,
Those who in July are born;
Then they'll be exempt and free
From love's doubts and anxiety.

Fleur Boutique is please to share with you our Bouquet of the month

Ruby Red – a handtied arrangement of Ruby red Roses, Gerberas and Carnations simply zing against the glorious green Spray Chrysanthemums. With a touch of Hypericum and a flourish of Palm, this bouquet really does stand out from the crowd.

A ruby is a pink to blood-red coloured gemstone, a variety of the mineral corundum (aluminium oxide). The red colour is caused mainly by the presence of the element chromium. Its name comes from ruber, Latin for red.  The brightest and most valuable "red" called blood-red or "pigeon blood", commands a large premium over other rubies of similar quality. Ruby is the traditional birthstone for July and is always lighter red or pink than garnet. The world's most expensive ruby is the Sunrise Ruby.

So whether it celebrating a birthday, an anniversary or just something really special, why not order this stunning Ruby bouquet -  enough to set any heart racing.
